Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Tender Sourcing & Monitoring: Daily identification of tenders on GeM (Government e Marketplace), CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal),and state e-procurement sites.
Eligibility & Feasibility Analysis: Analyzing tender documents (NIT, RFP) to assess eligibility criteria (turnover, experience, EMD, NSIC/MSME status) and technical requirements.
Bid Evaluation & Strategy: Evaluating project feasibility and commercial viability, conducting risk assessment, and ensuring 100% compliance with tender terms and conditions.
Documentation & Pre-Qualification: Preparing technical proposals, organizing compliance documentation, and updating company credentials (GST, PAN, ITR) on portals.
MIS & Reporting: Maintaining a tracker for upcoming/active tenders, bid status, results, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in e-tendering, specifically with GeM portal operations in Delhi/NCR.
Portal Knowledge: Expert knowledge of GeM, CPPP, IREPS (Railways), and state-specific portals.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read, interpret, and evaluate complex tender documents, RFP terms, and BOQ.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for BOQ/pricing), Word, and PDF tools.
