Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s computer maintenance services, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves both online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote computer maintenance services (AMC, repair, IT support, etc.) Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction Conduct market research to identify potential clients such as offices, schools, hospitals, and institutions Coordinate with the technical team to align service offerings with client requirements Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website updates, and online advertisements Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and presentations

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Track and report marketing performance, leads, and conversions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably in IT services or maintenance sector)

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and IT services (preferred) Sales and negotiation skills Digital marketing knowledge (social media, SEO, email marketing) Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales Local market knowledge and client network
